.
It’s zucchini season and it seems like everyone we know is giving us zucchini.
Some very large zucchini.
.

.
Which sent me searching for new recipes.
.

.
Last night it was this one.
( If you’re not overflowing with gifted squash, feel free to skip the next section )
.

.
And because I was already in the kitchen?
.

.
Yummy lemon cookies that admittedly, look more like biscuits.
But trust me, they’re tasty.
And oh so easy to make.
.

.
Thanks. Now I have to bake tonight. *sigh*

I love zucchini, and after watching Stanly Tucci on his CNN series and the pasta with zucchini I’ve been obsessed!

Ummm…
Perhaps you need to look up the word “small”, or you just used the wrong recipe?

Stuffed zucchinis next – with rice and loads of dill yummo. As a sugar junkie, I love those cookies but believe it or not – I wonder if they really need to be rolled in the sugar too? Wouldn’t stop me scoffing them down though.

The sugar doesn’t add much sweetness, it just looks pretty.
