Yummy lemon cookies that admittedly, look more like biscuits.
But trust me, they’re tasty.
And oh so easy to make.

Stuffed zucchinis next – with rice and loads of dill yummo. As a sugar junkie, I love those cookies but believe it or not – I wonder if they really need to be rolled in the sugar too? Wouldn’t stop me scoffing them down though.
