A few more winter pics, because it’s already melted and I didn’t have a chance to post them.

We have a small Amish population scattered across our state and every once in a while we see them.

I love seeing Amish buggies when we drive across Wisconsin to visit my mom!

What beautiful pictures, even though winter has stayed longer than usual in your neck of the woods.

I was taught that the robin song is “Cheerio!”, but “What the fuck?” seems to work with the same notes.

We’re right on the edge of Amish Country, and buggies are much more prominent when we head west. I just root for everyone to be safe while riding in them. Drivers are sometimes not tolerant of the “speed.”

I agree with some aspects of Amish life, but I don’t know much about it. The horse shoes are interesting. Lovely snippets of your surroundings.

From what I understand the Bible is the only book they’re allowed to read…. so that lets me out.

There’s a surprisingly sizable Amish population in Wisconsin, which I was not expecting.

We have about 1,000, but most of them are farther north so I’m always surprised to see them.

I agree with the robin. Hardly snows all winter, then dumps it all in April! WTF!
