Cool lookin’ rainbow. We’ve not had one like that…now that I think of it we haven’t had one in awhile period. That being said…have had a few over the years that looked real enough we thought we were in Oz.🌈

What are Sun Dogs?
They often show red on the side nearest the Sun, fading to orange and blue outward a vertical rainbow like image beside the sun.

I’ve seen sun dogs. They usually have two distinct rays, one on either side, this was a single. Weird.

I’ve heard that is called a Sun Dog. I learned that the first time I saw one from my backyard and posted a photo of it. Mine was a single, too. Or else yours is a very unique rainbow.

I always thought sun dogs had 2 rays… but I could be wrong.

That’s no rainbow. That’s atmospheric backscatter from an orbital mind control laser.
And a big one at that. They must have been targeting a cruise ship. Or submarine…
