Still here.
Still useless.

Uh uh.
No cockroach milkshake for this chick.
.

.
Yes, she lost control of her bowels while running and kept going…. with the excrement, well… how shall we say? Dispersing.
🤢

Thankfully the teeth belonged to wolves, deer and bear. Not great aunt Edna. That would be tacky.
.

.
Of course it does.

Apparently it had a hand crank.
Make of that information what you will.

I’ve been known to squeal over a fine piece of chocolate, but I don’t think I’ve ever gone ultrasonic.

Cockroach milk? How do they…never mind.

Yeah.
I don’t want to know either….

So, have they redefined what “runny” poop is? 🙂

Down her leg and blowing in the breeze apparently….

Your euphemism about the Hyrox competitor reminds me of a joke from my childhood. This kid keeps raising his hand for permission to go the bathroom. He’s waving his hand all around and getting squirmy. Finally the teacher recognizes him but says he has to recite the alphabet first. He quickly says, “ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOQRSTUVWXYZ.” The teacher says, “That was pretty good, but where is P?” He replies, “Running down my leg.”
Do we need nanotechnology to develop a milking machine for cockroaches, or does “milking” them actually mean crushing them? If the latter, is that really “milk”?

Ha! to the pee.
As for milking cockroaches, any way it’s done is disgusting as far as I’m concerned.

I have to say, the Veedee sounds pretty versatile. You could probably use it to beat eggs or whip potatoes, too. After washing it, of course!

Instead of? Maybe.
After? Hard no.

I will take a hard pass on milking cockroaches. We had huge ones in Palm Springs. So far, I haven’t seen any in Arizona. That’s a plus.

They were huge in North Carolina as well. Locals called them palmetto bugs… but they weren’t fooling me. A cockroach by any other name is still a cockroach.

We would have them on the ceiling in our bedroom. So creepy!

Same here with chocolate. Maybe we have more in common with rats than we think we do.

Well, of course I had to look up the roach milk story. This bit, about the Ig Nobel ceremony, proved interesting (but not useful!):
“This year’s ceremony in Zurich was the first held outside the United States.
“Organizers shared that an increasing number of winners have stopped traveling to the United States because of restrictive immigration policies under President Donald Trump’s administration.
“They said future ceremonies would likely be held elsewhere in Europe and beyond.”

People close to me who know stuff about long-distance running tell me that loss of bowel control is not all that unusual. If I had ever been tempted to try running marathons, that alone would dissuade me.

For sure.
It’s bad enough when a bird poops on you, no less a human.

Umm..Cockroach Poop?- GROSS! And Palmetto Bugs are Cockroaches that Fly! They all freak me out.
Marathon girl? If they know this is possible, why not wear some period type underwear or something, just in case.
I think the most interesting of this was the Tooth necklace.

This week’s news had a high grossness factor.

As the wife of a two-time Ironman, I’m familiar with the bathroom debate. I think most of the highest level competitors get it. I’m guessing it’s the fans that squirm.

Not being a competitor, I don’t get it. And find it very squirm worthy.

I have a feeling I have gone ultrasonic while indulging in chocolate. Cockroach milk…WHY?

Exactly.
Aren’t goat, camel and yak weird enough?
