Why not? With all the places shut down, it’s probably pretty slim-picken’s out there. That could drive a bird to drink.

The pigeon has more sense than a lot of humans!!
A few people in my neighborhood have been painting rocks and/or stones and leaving them randomly around in people’s yards!
