.
Being fully vaccinated, I’m starting to feel safer venturing out with a friend for some long over due retail therapy. First stop? A nursery.
.

.
Because as I’ve said previously, you can never have too many flowers.
Second stop? Goodwill… where I saw this.
.

.
Although I had no idea what it was. At first I thought it was a cat with big tatas wearing a cape and waving. Then I figured out it was a cape wearing kangaroo with boxing gloves and an open pouch. The question is… why does such a thing exist?
.

.
We visited a gift store with strange mossy things…
.

.
But I did like the upside down air plant stuck inside a dried urchin.
.

.
And if you ever want a suede comforter with barbed wire?
.

.
Complete with turquoise stars and fringed pillow shams? I can totally hook you up. ( Although I won’t be spending the night in your guest room. Uh uh. Nope. )
I had to laugh at the rainbow coalition of Crocs.
.

.
Does anyone even wear those monstrosities anymore?
.

.
And finally, this was the one that got away. I’m filled with regret for not scooping that little gem up when I saw it. Ice cubes in 8 minutes? I totally should have bought that for our man cave bar.
😩
.
Kangaroo tatas. My Sunday is complete. The sign at GoodWill should be modified – Journey into the near and slightly safer regions of the Twilight Zone.

It is a little like that. I suppose that’s part of it’s charm.

I carry a pair of Crocs with me when I go backpacking to wear around camp at night.
Off subject but I thought you might need to be aware of this…

I love the sea urchin plant thingy! My sister in law has one of those ice makers. Works good but noisy!

Nice to know “tacky” is Universal. Oh, and by the way, that IS a cat with big tata’s. Why? Because that is the FIRST thing everybody will see. They will not sit there and try to figure it out beyond “Meow DDD”.

Tacky is everywhere… and makes wonderful blog fodder.

That kangaroo thing is missing a piece I think. As for the crocs, the answer is yes, yes people still wear those horrid foam monstrosities. You know who? People in the medical field, nurses, medical assistants, CMAs, phlebotomists, etc. I see them every freaking day, it’s a crime against fashion 🙄.

I know people say they’re comfortable, but I just can’t.

I saw tatas and not boxing gloves, but I did pick up on the fact that it was a kangaroo. The real question is, why did that not come home with you?

Love the plants in shot #1.
The boxing kangaroo? Not so much. But it would make a great gag gift for one of those gift exchange parties. 😀

And just think, the lucky recipient will be the only one on his block to have one.
