Miscellaneous nonsense.

.

I don’t know why, but it seems my pickle algorithms have been reactivated.

.

.

Ugh.

Keep your briny spears out of my bread!

.

.

Someone bought this at Goodwill and while I thought it must have been a joke, turns out it wasn’t. The horror really exists.

“Yes, Vlasic and the candle brand Candier have partnered on a 100-percent wax candle that looks like a real jar of Vlasic Original Dill Wholes and smells, well, like a real jar of Vlasic Original Dill Wholes. “It was a no-brainer for us,”

🤢

.

Because some of you are going to be covered in crunchy protein very soon.

Bon appetit!

I have a jade plant that is now covered in white spots. They’re not bugs or moldy powder that can be wiped off, but are imbedded in the leaves themselves. Anyone have a clue what’s going on?

It seems my husband chose well when purchasing our new toaster.

🤣

.

Zeppelin greenery and superhero corn.

I’m pretty sure this first photo is AI generated, but I admit it made me smile.

Rock on philodendron Robert.

.

Adamantium corn skewers.

Need I say more?

I had a good laugh at this article because it would totally be something I’d do. Mystery solved why the poor little thing wouldn’t eat.

.

.

I saw this diabetic coma inducing treat on the menu when we went out to lunch the other day. Talk about overkill…

.

.

It would be worth making these just to be able to answer the question “ What are you bringing to the potluck?” with… Moose Farts, but I’ll leave it to the more adventurous cooks amongst us. (Please note that’s not the full recipe. Don’t make farts and blame me when they fall apart)

Miscellaneous nonsense.

.

If I was a dishonest person, I could get rich doing my husband’s laundry.

.

.

He’s forever leaving things in his pockets.

.

.

I think I need this book.

.

.

I have long suspected my spider plant was in cahoots with my succulents. Maybe now I can prove it.

.

.

Mr. Hawk is back.

.

.

And currently driving His Lordship crazy.

.

.

I’m not sure what makes this French…

.

.

But Martha Stewart assures me it’s a good thing.

.

.

As seen at a local convenience store.

Better than sour balls I assume.

.

.

That sums it up quite nicely I think.

😉

.

Are you a plant person?

.

There are currently 31 houseplants in our home and my husband is rapidly running out of jokes about living in a jungle.

There are big plants…

.

.

And small plants.

.

.

Plants that started out small… but have grown too big for their pots.

.

.

Hell, there are even plants trying to make a run for it and escape their pots altogether.

.

.

The money tree hasn’t netted me one red cent…

.

.

And the pothos will probably wrap around my legs and swallow me whole one day…

.

.

But I love plants and never seem to get my fill.

.

.

Exactly!

Although by the looks of that picture, I actually do have all of those plants.

🤣

A frame. Made out of plants.

My first question is why?

Don’t get me wrong, I love plants… they’re beautiful and versatile.

As well as great disguises when you’re stalking an ex.

They can even rid your house of pesky flies… I get it.

Though we all know that can go horribly wrong…

But hell, I can hardly be bothered to dust my current picture frames, now they want me to water one?

No.

Because while I have lovely outdoor gardens, and a house full of healthy green leafy plants?

I will kill each and every succulent I touch.

I must over water….. or love them too much.

Because yes, apparently that’s a thing.

So if I want my walls to be covered in framed plants?

I’ll just dye my cobwebs green and call it good.
