Our beautiful fox shows up every day at dusk.

We think she has a den in our back woods.

It’s taken a few days of sniffing and tentative exploring but I think Lord Dudley Mountcatten has finally accepted the new furniture.

Cats are not fond of change, much like my husband… which is why our new furniture looks a lot like our old…. but I think they’re both coming around.

Momma chuck has kicked the kids to the curb.

A few weeks ago we had two young woodchucks fighting over food

Now?

Momma chuck is back and the fighting is over.

Matter of fact, since she’s arrived there’s no one to left to fight.

The teenagers have left the building…

And momma reigns supreme.
